100 TPH Alluvial coltan washing plant

This process is designed by our engineer together with the customer's geologist, based on the size analysis and element analysis report.

 

  1 Considering there are many small stone which is over 50mm, we used a vibrating feeder with 50mm grizzly for feeding the material, and remove the big size stones.

  2 As the coltan particle size is under 30mm, we use a screen machine to remove the 30-50mm stones, and a 10mm layer to separate the remain material into 10-30mm and 0-10mm.

  3 The 10-30mm will goes to a cone crusher to crush the stones under 10mm; and then goes to the jig with the 0-10mm material.

  4 The jig get 0-2mm and 2-10mm different concentrate size, the 0-2mm concentrate will be processed again by shaking table.

  5 All the concentrate will be grinded by a ball mill and then dried for magnetic separation, to remove the iron inside and get the final product.
